About me
I am Nicola and I am a fully qualified therapeutic psychotherapist, counsellor and hypnotherapist.
I offer a Pluralistic approach which includes Person Centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I also offer hypnotherapy. Using this combined therapeutic approach we can adapt to your needs during our work together.
I believe that people who have care and support will grow. We are all spiritual beings that need balance. If our conscious being becomes overwhelmed we can begin to not feel ourselves and we start to search for what we need.
I strive to make a good therapeutic connection and working relationship so that you can initiate the change and have the support to work through the tough times to achieve balance once again.
I offer an empathic, non-judgmental listening ear helping you navigate your way through and supporting you while you do this. I adhere to a strict code of ethics including GDPR data protection, safeguarding and confidentiality protocols.
