About me
I am Nicola and I am a fully qualified Therapeutic Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Hypnotherapist working in Peacehaven, East Sussex
I offer a Pluralistic approach which includes Person Centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I also offer hypnotherapy. Using this combined therapeutic approach we can adapt to your needs during our work together. I am a great believer that one approach does not fit all. Using the different modalities allows us to find an individual approach that fits you.
I believe that people who have care and support will heal and grow. We are all spiritual beings that need balance. If our conscious being becomes overwhelmed or we suffer trauma we begin to search for balance within.
I strive to make a good therapeutic connection and working relationship with my clients so that you can initiate the change and understanding needed and give you the support to work through what is troubling you.
I have a very relaxed approach to therapy offering an empathic, non-judgmental listening ear helping you navigate your way through and supporting you while you do this. I am fully accredited with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society which means I adhere to a strict code of ethics including GDPR data protection, safeguarding and confidentiality protocols.
