About me

I am a fully trained psychotherapist with a specialism in art therapy. I work with individuals of all ages from a private practice in Newmarket, with easy access to Cambridge. I also work online.

My aim is to help people live happier, more fulfilling lives. Together we can make sense of what is going on for you and facilitate positive change.

I am here to help you navigate difficult times and explore the challenges facing you in life, whatever they are, in a safe and comfortable space. I offer a person centred and client-led approach in a safe and non-judgemental space. This means that you are in control of the direction of your therapy and empowered, while supported, to explore solutions that feel right for you.

I specialise in art therapy. Many people find the process of making art allows them to explore their inner world, develop greater self-awareness, express thoughts and feelings, and better cope with stress. No art experience or skill is required and art is only part of the broader support I offer. I offer both face to face and online sessions.

I am committed to being alongside you in whatever you are struggling with and create a safe and non-judgmental space that allows for unconditional positive regard and empathy.
