About me
Creative arts Psychotherapist integrating all modalities of creative arts therapies and mindfulness into my everyday practice. I’m working with children, young people and their families to enhance emotional and psychological wellbeing and working with adult clients in private practice focusing on increased sense of self/others and promoting self care and coping mechanisms. Engaging in a wide range of interventions allows my way of working to be accessible for all clients.
Training, qualifications & experience
My areas of expertise are self -harm, trauma, abuse, looked after children, attachment issues, bereavement, social issues, difficulty with behaviours and communication and low confidence/self-esteem, ASD, managing emotions, school attendance/engagement and anxiety.
Qualified Supervisor, experience supervising supervisees who are trainees, creative therapists and designated safeguarding leads who work clinically in schools, rehabilitation units, hospices and forensic mental health hospital.
