About me
Hey, I’m Michelle, an insured and qualified Counsellor and Supervisor. As a Person-Centred integrative Counsellor, within the bounds of a supportive, therapeutic relationship. I am here to listen and support you with whatever you bring to sessions. The sessions are tailored to you as your journey is unique, and so is your therapy. Therefore, I would draw on various approaches and models which would best benefit you in a safe, non judgemental and supportive space in order for you to gain clarity, self-awareness and confidence in life. I offer individual sessions for both short or long term counselling, dependent what you'd like.
Training, qualifications & experience

- Abide by the ‘British Association of Counselling Psychotherapy’ and the ‘National Counselling Society Framework.’
- Member of the 'National Counselling Society'
- Level 2 counselling certificate.
- Level 4+5 foundation degree in counselling.
- BA Hons integrative course.
- Continuing personal and professional development through other courses.
- Level 3 qualified in children and young people.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

The sessions I provide are 50 minutes via zoom or telephone, offering the option of either short or long-term counselling these sessions are £50
I do offer a free 10 minute consultation to answer any questions you may have.
