About me

Hey, I’m Michelle, an insured and qualified Counsellor and Supervisor. As a Person-Centred integrative Counsellor, within the bounds of a supportive, therapeutic relationship. I am here to listen and support you with whatever you bring to sessions. The sessions are tailored to you as your journey is unique, and so is your therapy. Therefore, I would draw on various approaches and models which would best benefit you in a safe, non judgemental and supportive space in order for you to gain clarity, self-awareness and confidence in life. I offer individual sessions for both short or long term counselling, dependent what you'd like.
