Your kind of Counselling
If you are new to counselling, it can be daunting and scary; an unfamiliar room with a stranger, telling them personal things... What might come up? Can you cope with it?
It's my job to 'hold you' in this space and I'm very good at it.
Don't worry anymore - make the call.
Our trusting, therapeutic relationship is everything - we need to work very closely together. I am a very warm, empathic Counsellor, working with an open heart and open mind whilst steering you gently with professional integrity and clear boundaries.
I am a Counsellor who will really hear you, and can help you rediscover your clarity, peace and strength; to feel more in control; to make positive changes; to be the best you, comfortable in your own skin, with true freedom in your chosen lifestyle.
You are a unique individual, and your therapy will be tailored to you. Working generally in a Person Centred way, with you at the centre, I may draw upon other modes of therapy to suit your needs.
I offer active therapy, and although I cannot give you all the answers, I will guide you to express difficult feelings, and support your emotional healing along the way to finding them for yourself.
