About me
Facing challenges in your sex life or relationship? Finding life difficult and feeling it could be better? Wanting to explore your identity? Hoping to heal from trauma? If the answer to any of these questions is yes, then I may be able to help. I am a fully qualified psychosexual and relationships therapist and counsellor offering support to individuals, couples and other relationships. I approach therapy from a number of different therapeutic approaches, working with you directly to understand your goals and tailoring the therapy to your specific needs.
Training, qualifications & experience
As well as a degree in counselling and psychotherapy I have a post graduate diploma in psychosexual (sex) therapy, certificate in relationship counselling, and certificate in trauma therapy.
For the last 17 years my working experience has been both in the charity sector and the NHS in sexual health/HIV, sexual violence, and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. I am a compassionate, empathic therapist and believe my real strength lies in building a strong, trusting, safe relationship where you can grow, heal, and thrive.
