About me

I help clients recover from social and relationship anxiety, low confidence, depression, codependency (people pleasing/living for others/fear of losing people close to you/inflated sense of responsibility) attachment wounds, domestic and narcissistic abuse. Healthy self-esteem is crucial if you want to be happy and resilient during difficult times but this is hard to do when you feel down or stressed. If you have felt anxious or low consistently or at various times in your life, you may have an anxious attachment style. Long term anxiety and depression is exhausting, it makes us physically and emotionally unwell, however, with the right help you can recover from this; develop confidence and gain a new felt sense of security. Invest in your happiness and wellbeing today.
