About me
Hello and thank you for viewing my profile. I am a down-to-earth, approachable counsellor who works with adults and young people aged 16+. I work online, via phone call or face to face in Wolverhampton.
My specialty areas are:
- Mental health (Depression, anxiety, BPD and OCD in particular. But I am happy to discuss other concerns.)
- Survivors of narcissistic abuse
- Low self-esteem
- Family and relationship issues
- Emotional regulation
- Childhood trauma and traumatic experiences as adults
- Addiction recovery
”Everyone else can cope with this, why can’t I?”
This is something I often hear. This lets me know many people feel alone in their struggles. I’m here to say you don’t have to go through this alone! You deserve the right support and environment to thrive rather than just survive.
Please see below for more information on the types of therapy I offer, I encourage you to book a free intro call or send an email enquiry to discuss your individual needs. I look forward to hearing from you!
Please contact me via email or text initially to book in a free introduction call. Contact number: 07533 278274, Email
My promise to clients
- I will provide a safe, relaxed, space where you can talk about anything that is on your mind.
- I can support those with personality disorders, people who self-harm and struggle with suicidal thoughts.
- Your sessions will be tailored to you as an individual, I am confident in using a range of therapies and we will discuss which will be helpful for you.
A bit about me
Looking for the right therapist for you can be challenging when you don't know anything about them as a person. So here are a few facts about me:
- I have had multiple therapists myself in the past, some of whom I connected better with than others.
- I believe that open and honest communication is key for growth both personally and in relationships (and have first hand experience of this working).
- I don't claim to have the answers, but I genuinely care about all the clients I work with and value walking alongside them on their journey.
- I am dedicated to providing a high quality service to all clients I work with, and I believe that therapy can benefit everyone in some way.

I also incorporate Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and inner child work into my therapy sessions when appropriate.

For those interested, there is the option to include mindfulness into your sessions also. Some examples of this would be: grounding work and guided imagery.
