About me

I am a down-to-earth, approachable therapist who works with adults and young people aged 16+.

Are you looking for help to process trauma and learn coping skills for when emotions become overwhelming? Maybe you struggle with BPD, family and relationship issues, OCD or compulsive behaviours? If so I may be the right person to support you. I offer a trauma-informed, personally tailored approach to your therapy sessions. My goal is to ensure every client feels truly seen and heard.

Trying to navigate life’s challenges alone can be isolating and very difficult. I provide a space for you to talk freely and without judgement - no matter how sensitive or traumatic the issue may be.

Please see below for more information on the types of therapy I offer, I encourage you to book a free intro call or send an email enquiry to discuss your individual needs. I look forward to hearing from you!

Please contact me via email, text or phone call. Contact number: 07533 278274, Email

My promise to clients

  • I will provide a safe, relaxed, space where you can talk about anything that is on your mind.
  • I can support those with personality disorders, people who self-harm and struggle with suicidal thoughts.
  • I work with people wishing to recover from addiction of any form such as substances, gambling, alcoholism and food addiction.
  • Your sessions will be tailored to you as an individual, I am confident in using a range of therapies and we will discuss which will be helpful for you.
  • I want you to feel comfortable working with me, which is why I offer a free 15 minute introductory call to see if we are a good fit.

A bit about me

Looking for the right therapist for you can be challenging when you don't know anything about them as a person. So here are a few facts about me:

  • I have had multiple therapists myself in the past, some of whom I connected better with than others.
  • I believe that open and honest communication is key for growth both personally and in relationships (and have first hand experience of this working).
  • I don't claim to have the answers, but I genuinely care about all the clients I work with and value walking alongside them on their journey.
  • I am dedicated to providing a high quality service to all clients I work with, and I believe that therapy can benefit everyone in some way.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • Level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
  • Level 2 and 3 Counselling Skills Certificate
