About me
Hello and thank you for viewing my profile. I am a down-to-earth, approachable counsellor who works with adults and young people aged 14+. I work online, via phone call or face to face in Wolverhampton.
My specialty areas are:
- Complex trauma (CPTSD)
- Mental health concerns (low self esteem, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, BPD, OCD)
- Autistic and/or ADHD women and girls
- Family related issues
- Self harm and suicidal thoughts
I have extensive experience working with complex mental health problems - please don’t be afraid to reach out for a discussion.
”Everyone else can cope with this, why can’t I?”
This is something I often hear. This lets me know many people feel alone in their struggles. I’m here to say you don’t have to go through this alone! You deserve the right support and environment to thrive rather than just survive.
Please see below for more information on the types of therapy I offer, I encourage you to book a free intro call or send an email enquiry to discuss your individual needs. I look forward to hearing from you!
Please contact me via email or text initially to book in a free introduction call. Contact number: 07533 278274, Email

Further information
If you are looking for a therapist who works in a truly trauma-informed way, please get in touch. Being trauma informed means not judging the natural and instinctual ways our brains respond to stressful situations, whether that is one traumatic event, ongoing stressors or abuse.
Instead we will look to show compassion for the protective responses we had available at the time and reassess if there are any other options to work with now.
