About me

I am able to offer online/ phone sessions for children, adults and families, that is flexible and can fit around your schedule.

I offer assessment and treatment of children and adults for the purposes of understanding difficulties and developing a treatment plan. I work with a range of difficulties including, challenging behaviour, depression, anxiety, panic, OCD, bipolar disorder, trauma, emotional regulation and self-esteem. I offer functional assessments of behaviour in children, to facilitate understanding and management of this. I also offer modified therapeutic interventions to support clients to understand their diagnosis of autism and related emotional well-being.

I am empathetic and non-judgmental. I offer safe space to share and understand ongoing difficulties with the aim of helping to alleviate ongoing distress and develop effective coping strategies. I work using an integrative style, drawing multiple treatment models including CBT, ACT, CFT, DBT, and Trauma Focused CBT.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
