About me

What I offer:

A friendly and safe space to help you work on what issues are causing you concern.

I offer face to face or online sessions, and can if helpful arrange a free initial call to answer any questions.

The option of both long term & short term therapy, what together, we agree will best suits your needs,

I also offer single sessions- this can be a one off session to help you gather some clarity around a particular part of your life which is causing you to feel 'stuck' or conflicted. It may then help you identify if & what path of further support you may benefit from.

EAP and Private Employer enquiries welcome.
