About me
Are you tired of feeling anxious, grappling with self-doubt or overwhelmed by the stresses of life? Your emotions are powerful signals, indicating that something in your life needs attention. Picture a life where you are in control, understanding yourself better and can begin to navigate through challenges with ease.
I am here to guide you on this transformative journey. As an integrative therapist, I offer a reliable, supportive and purposeful relationship. My empathetic approach involves truly listening and understanding your unique perspective, allowing me to tailor therapy to your specific needs. I have extensive experience in supporting and empowering clients to overcome obstacles, foster resilience and cultivate positive change in their lives.
Whether you prefer a short term solution of six to ten weekly sessions to make a shift in a specific area or seek the ongoing support of weekly long-term therapy, I am dedicated to helping my clients find the clarity, confidence and resilience they deserve. Let's embark on this journey together towards a more fulfilling and empowered life.
What therapy achieves
Therapy is an explorative space where you are able to talk about the things that are difficult to share with family or friends. It is a collaborative working relationship that when built on trust, can enable great healing and clarity to take place. Working together will enable you to explore your thoughts and feelings in a non-judgemental space. This accelerates self-awareness and will help you to feel validated and supported, which in turn can galvanise positive change.
Counselling is a confidential, open and honest relationship, it is important to feel safe and be able to express yourself freely, without judgement or criticism. This is my philosophy and way of working with clients. I work as a conscientious, reflective and nurturing therapist. I also work hard to ensure that I am continually learning and improving in my practice by participating in high quality Continued Professional Development and undertaking courses that keep me fresh and up to date.
Working with me
Embarking on therapy can feel scary, so if you have any questions please email me for a free consultation and I can answer any questions or alleviate any concerns you may have. The most important part of therapy is the relationship between myself and the client, so during a consultation, we can see whether we will work well together to ensure I am the best fit for you.
I have an all-inclusive practice.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
