About me

If you are struggling with overwhelming anxiety, feeling low or lost, finding it difficult to forget the past, or unsure of who you are or what you want to do with your life then I may be able to help. I'm a clinical psychologist with years of experience in working with adults with complex difficulties. I draw on a range of models and work in a way that is termed as "integrative", which means I can adapt evidence-based interventions to meet your specific goals and needs. I always ensure therapy is a collaborative experience. My clients say I am easy to talk to, and therapy sessions often include laughter as well as tears.

My areas of expertise include trauma & PTSD, anxiety, OCD, and depression.

If you would like to arrange a free telephone call to see how I may be able to help you, please contact me on the email address or telephone number provided or book an introductory slot by clicking the link above. Thank you for your interest.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified clinical psychologist from the University of Oxford. I predominantly work in the NHS with adults experiencing severe and enduring mental distress including complex trauma/PTSD. I am registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) (reg no. PYL039981), with the BABCP as an accredited CBT therapist (member no. 00001003705) and have undertaken accredited EMDR UK training.

Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
