About me
‘’Stress and Anxiety may be controlling your existence’’
‘’ So together we discover how you can create happier behaviour habits in all areas of your life, work, relationships and family?’’
-
Stress is the way your mind and body reacts to the threat of not having your needs met.
I offer a caring environment where you are listened to, so you can explore your self-defeating behaviours that are nothing more than ego habits reactions that are contributing to your stress and anxiety levels.
The reaction habits your ego uses to combat stress are automatic, and most of them are imprinted into your personality in your childhood. No surprise! These old outworn ego habits may actually be contributing to much of the stress and complications in your adult life today.
WHAT IS A STRESS REACTION?
-
You're having a stress reaction when you feel unsettled / tense / or anxious.
-
Or you may be angry / embarrassed / or worried about something.
-
Or you may notice tension in your body / or shallower breathing / or there may be an increase in your heart rate.
-
Or ANY combinations of the above.
What happens next
You are listened to in a caring environment. We look at your stress and any anxiety reactions and your ego patterns that may be creating a block to you meeting your needs .We look at different constructive ways of meeting those needs and then adopting new behaviours, that can potentially support developing happiness behaviour into your life. When we find these constructive ways to meet your needs for physical security and emotional satisfaction, you can learn how to expand your capacity for happiness behaviour while the same time, lessening your stress levels you are experiencing.
