The reaction habits your ego uses to combat stress are automatic, and most of them are imprinted into your personality in your childhood. No surprise! These old outworn ego habits may actually be contributing to much of the stress and complications in your adult life today.

When we find these constructive ways to meet your needs for physical security and emotional satisfaction, you can learn how to expand your capacity for happiness behaviour while the same time, lessening your stress levels you are experiencing.
I am a psychotherapist with 30 years experience in private and group practice. I am qualified in Transactional Analysis Therapy and Humanistic therapies.
