About me

Addressing where you are in your life can be daunting. It’s a lot easier when you have someone there to guide and support you.

As an experienced psychotherapist, I help people move through feelings of depression, stress, and anxiety. I offer a safe and collaborative environment to help you move towards knowing yourself better and process your experiences. I specialise in helping individuals and couples navigate relationship issues, complex family dynamics and attachment issues, ADHD and experience more ease in their interpersonal relationships.

I believe that every person deserves personalised therapeutic care that addresses their unique concerns and goals. I use a tailored and comprehensive therapeutic approach that’s designed to help people feel their best and restore their confidence in themselves.

Together, we'll strengthen your connection to yourself and the world around you.

No matter what you’ve experienced or your current challenges, together we can create a future that helps build the life you want around your previous experiences. Get in touch today to schedule a free consultation call and learn more about how therapy can help you reconnect to yourself and redefine your life.

I am a Partner at West London Psychotherapy and Fertility Support London in Kensington, W8

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
