About me

Welcome

Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. Are you navigating life's challenges, feeling overwhelmed by past traumas, or seeking deeper self-understanding? I believe everyone deserves a safe and supportive space to explore their inner world and build a more fulfilling life. That's why I became a therapist – to walk alongside individuals on their journey towards healing and growth. I am passionate about helping people to find their own authentic path.

As an integrative therapist, I offer confidential and compassionate therapy in London and online, supporting individuals navigating life's challenges and traumas. My clinical training at the Tavistock and Portman Clinic and Regent's University London has provided me with a deep understanding of human experience, and I bring a trauma-informed lens to my work.

My Approach:

I believe in collaborative partnerships, working closely with you to create a supportive space for exploration and growth. In our sessions, we'll explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences — all the layers that make you you. This may involve examining life patterns and understanding how past experiences influence your present. To address these patterns and your unique needs, I draw upon various therapeutic modalities, grounded in psychodynamic and relational approaches. Together, we can build resilience and a stronger sense of self, empowering you to navigate life with greater confidence and security.

Areas of Focus:

I can support you with a range of concerns, including:

  • Stress, depression, and burnout
  • Grief and bereavement
  • Anger and challenging emotions
  • Behavioural patterns
  • Life transitions, change, and integration
  • Early life events and experiences of trauma
  • Gender identity and/or sexuality
  • Navigating relationships (partners, family, friends, etc.)
  • Fertility, pregnancy and birth
  • Neurodiversity

These are some of the areas I address in my practice. I offer a personalised approach, so please contact me to discuss your individual needs.

Let's Connect:

I offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs and answer any questions. Let's explore how we can work together to help you find your path and build a more fulfilling life. I look forward to hearing from you.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Client Testimonials

Honestly, I was a bit nervous about starting therapy, but Isabella made it so easy. From the first session, I felt like she really got me. She helped me see things in a new light, and I'm feeling so much more at peace now.

I'd been struggling with some really tough stuff for a long time, and I wasn't sure if therapy could help. But Isabella's approach was just what I needed. She's got this way of making you feel safe, even when you're talking about difficult things. I've made real progress and feel like I'm finally moving forward.

I came to therapy because my relationships were a mess. I kept repeating the same patterns and didn't know how to break the cycle. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first, but Isabella's empathy and insight were remarkable. She helped me understand my attachment style and develop healthier ways of connecting with others. I said things in sessions that i never imagined saying or even realised I had in me. It was a real process for me and i'm glad I did it.
