About me

I enjoy providing a welcoming space where you can sit, breathe, and feel comfortable. I cannot guarantee that the process will always feel comfortable for you, because going deep within yourself can feel disquieting - but you will not be alone. Hopefully, by exploring different parts of yourself, will potentially make you feel more comfortable in your skin and therefore more likely to calibrate your relationships with others.

I'm a bilingual therapist who takes interest in themes of otherness, meaning and intention.

HOW I WORK

Do you feel like you don't belong? Do you sometimes feel like to be part of a group or a relationship you have to deny a part of yourself? Do you feel like you want to know why the same things keep happening to you? Book a free initial session - I am able to help you.

In my work, I join research with an acute sense of perception, and the ability to be with someone in distress. These factors allow me to work creatively with you and your innate abilities to move your life forward, whether you are seeking short term help for an issue that happened recently or if you have a long-standing difficulty.

"No tree, it is said, can grow to heaven unless its roots reach down to hell". C. Jung

UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
