About me
I absolutely love my work because I genuinely get to help make the world a slightly better place!
Knowledgeable, experienced, intuitive. I am a psychotherapist, consultant and educator with an international upbringing, a passion for people and a talent for making sense out of chaos. I have always believed in doing what will work over doing what is popular. To me, this means working with rather than working against. Growth and change are always preceded by a rupture or a conflict which cant be ignored.
I work with couples and individuals as well as with professional clients either individually to solve a specific issue or in collaboration to design bespoke workshops for the benefit of the company and the people they are accountable to.
My practice is based in London on Harley Street and I also work internationally and online.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
Our terms of business reflect our commitment to and respect for eachother and are thoughtfully designed to facilitate and support the therapeutic relationship. Here is what you need to know before committing to working with us;
Our rate is £230 per 50 minute consultation online, in person and over the phone. All modalities are acceptable alternatives on the rare occasions when your usual modality isn’t possible.
We will only agree to work with you if you agree to doing the work for yourself too. Therapy that works is not linear and it requires both therapist and client to do their best.
Sessions cancelled, rearranged or not attended by you will be fully refunded up to 48rs before the start of your session. No one will be refunded for late cancellations, rescheduling or non attendance, no matter the circumstances.
Sessions cancelled by your therapist will automatically be rescheduled to your next booked appointment or rearranged to the same time and day the following week. You will not be charged for the session your therapist has cancelled. Your payment for that session will automatically be allocated to covering your next session instead.
If you think we are the right sort of team, then we welcome you to get in touch and we will help you get set up and booked in.
