About me

An Integrative Psychotherapist, I offer a science based therapy, such as the implications of neuroscience and biochemistry upon the human mind. This, along with integrative therapy techniques ranging from the use of psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), person centred therapy, somatic therapy and more, truly allows me to view the clients’ issues as a gamut. I am available for both long and short term therapies.

Life can bring much stress, placing obstacles in your path which can result from relationship issues, grief, loss, high pressured job roles and so much more. Such events can be debilitating bringing pain and suffering, both mentally and physically at times. It is in times such as this, I am able to offer guidance, warmth and genuine support in order to work around these life challenges. My goal is to work alongside your goal, honing to bring you to a more peaceful version of yourself through your journey.

Realising my skills as a counsellor has allowed me to qualify as a Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist. I have worked with a wide range of clients, including children, all with varying issues.

In terms of my background, as a Biochemistry & Physiology graduate, I went on to fulfil a colourful career from working in a biochemistry lab within the drug production industry, to successfully manage global clinical drug trials across the pharmaceutical industry, within the corporate, private and public sectors. My career path has meant being exposed to dealing with and managing high stress level roles, whilst interfacing across cultures and socio-economic bounds, added to the experiences of having been born and brought up in multicultural and diverse London.

Please feel free to get in-touch for a non obligatory consultation.
