About me

Hello there,

so glad you found me hiding amongst all these other therapists!

I know it can be difficult to find a therapist who you feel connected to, someone who you can open up to.  That is why I offer a free consultation session, with no strings attached.

This consultation gives you a chance to get a feel for how I work as a therapist. In this consultation we can look at what’s going on for you and figure out how you can move forward. You can also use this time to ask me any questions about therapy that you may have.

You can book a free consultation on my website

Before you book, let me tell you a bit more about how I work. I don’t apply a ‘one-size-fits all’ approach to my clients. Rather I want to get on the same page as you and use the psychological tools that I think will best assist you.

Therapy with me is convenient, as I offer in-person sessions in Fulham London as well as online sessions. I encourage my clients to try out online therapy with me, as so many of my clients have commented that they were initially hesitant about whether they would feel like online therapy was as effective as in-person sessions and that they have been pleasantly surprised. Clients have also found that speaking to me from the comfort of their own home has made therapy feel less intimidating and helped them to open up and talk to me.

During online sessions, we can see and hear each other as we talk, just like in a Skype video call (however I use Zoom as it is more secure than Skype, but just as simple and free).

I’ve helped individuals and couples to look inward, to process things holding them back and to stop getting in their own way. Allowing them to live meaningful lives in line with what they truly value.
