About me

Going through a break-up or divorce? Having a difficult time with your partner? Experiencing difficulties with your friends or family members? Look no further! I am mainly a relationship and attachment therapist looking to help you heal past trauma caused by relationships. I am also here to help others work through their relationship issues, whether this is romantic, friendship, or family.

I specialize in trauma, any types of relationship issues (romantic, family, friendship etc.), anxiety, depression and any type of abuse including narcissism.

I aim to create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space wherein clients can open up and explore the challenges and struggles they are currently battling with. Together we’ll set goals and work through those challenges.

I work to create a therapeutic alliance that is honest and respectful; I am a firm believer that the therapist-client relationship is one of the main components of the healing process.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have been working as a Harley Street therapist since 2020. Working for the Priory Group and now my own practice as well. Before then, I have worked on a NHS project involving the victims of the Grenfell Fire tragedy of 2017.

I hold a degree in Psychology (BA) from the University of British Colombia, In Vancouver Canada (2015)

In 2015, I trained in integrative therapy with an Adlerian focus at Adler University (Vancouver, Canada)

In 2018 I completed an MA in Counselling Psychology (psychodynamic focus) from Goldsmiths College - University of London-

Mental Health First Aid (Thriving Workplaces, 2019)

In 2021 I completed a certificate in supervision - SPC training Academy- by Dr sue Pattison

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
