Therapy isn't just for a crisis.
You might be noticing some repetitive behaviour patterns, maybe attracting the same relationships or reverting to a particular way of being in your relationships - whether that's romantic, family, work, or friendships.
You may be developing some self-awareness that you would like to explore further, or you may indeed be in the midst of a crisis, life change, or transition.
I believe that our past experiences and relationships shape who we are today. I also believe we all have the power to change and our experiences do not define us. I will help you safely explore your inner world at your own pace, working in a trauma informed way to establish safety and trust within the therapeutic relationship.
As an Integrative Therapist, I draw on a range of approaches with a particular interest in Psychodynamic, Attachment, Parts work, Trauma & Abuse, Ecotherapy (working outdoors in nature) and creative approaches. I also work with key workers and NHS staff on a range of issues.
I work with individuals and couples and am currently undertaking further training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy
Our work together will always be collaborative and I like to review sessions regularly to ensure you are getting what you need from our time together.
I work outdoors / In person / Online
My fees are £50 per 50-minute session and I offer some concessions, key worker rates and student rates.
