Hello, I'm Catherine and I hope I can help you.
Whatever you are facing and/or feeling, I am here to listen and support you. I provide a safe and compassionate space for you to be heard and understood. Sometimes life can feel heavy and overwhelming, so let's work together to unburden and heal you.
I am an integrative counsellor working in and around the Alton, Hampshire area, offering counselling sessions face-to-face, online and over the telephone.
Training, qualifications & experience
- Level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling Practice
- BSc Hons Psychology
Alongside my private practice, I also volunteer as a counsellor for two bereavement charities, providing support and care for people experiencing grief.

As an integrative counsellor I have a wealth of experience working across several different issues/problems that may bring an individual to counselling - including anxiety, depression, stress and relationship difficulties. In addition to these issues, I am also really keen to ensure that those struggling with grief, loss and pre/post natal mental health (for both mothers and fathers) have a safe space to come and share too.
