About me

Hello, I'm Camille!

Welcome to Your Journey of Self-Discovery and Empowerment

As an Integrative Psychotherapist working with individuals, my aim is simple: to walk alongside you as you navigate life's twists and turns, empowering you to chart your own course.

Starting therapy can be daunting. The number of different approaches and qualifications can feel like a maze. But together, we'll find the path that feels right for you—one step at a time.

Where are you staring from?

  • I need a stand-alone session to figure out if therapy is right for me, and which kinds might be best for what I'd like to work on.
  • I'd like to have some short-term therapy to address something I'm aware of but isn't impacting more than 1 or 2 parts of my life.
  • I'm looking to dig a little deeper in to longer-term therapy and/or EMDR to process some feelings, life events or patterns in relationships that I've noticed that are holding me back from where & how I'd like to be.

No matter where your starting point, in our sessions, you'll find a space where you can be truly yourself. No judgments, just empathy. I'm here to listen, to understand, and to help you make sense of your experiences. Whether you're seeking short-term clarity or a deeper journey of self-discovery, I'll meet you where you are.

My approach is warm, genuine, and grounded in mutual trust and honesty. Beyond traditional therapy techniques, I believe in the power of creativity and connection. Together, we might explore journaling, outdoor adventures, breathwork, nutrition, and other lifestyle choices. You'll also be welcome to join our online communities and in-person retreats for like-minded people, as healing occurs when we are connected to ourselves and others.

At the heart of our work together is the relationship we build—a place of safety  where you can explore, reflect, and grow. I strive for my practice revolve around intersectional anti-oppression, and I welcome people from all walks of life. I am a neurodiversity affirming, LGBT+ friendly, supporter of autonomy and self-agency. Your growing and healing journey is unique, and I would be honoured to walk alongside you each step of the way.

Registered / Accredited

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

UKCP
UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
