Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile.
Days can feel overwhelming, small challenges can feel huge, anxiety can rise, feeling stressed becomes the theme for the day. Finding a space to feel listened to, safe, and confidential can feel a relief.
Are you in a relationship that feels confusing, where you are questioning what you have heard or said, having a feeling that something is not okay, although not knowing what that is? Are family dynamics feeling toxic, are you around people that you feel unsafe with? I work with Domestic Abuse, Narcissistic Abuse and adult survivors of Narcissistic parents.
I also have a passion for helping people who feel out of control around food. Snacking without feeling hungry or feeling as though eating and food are ruling your life can start to feel distressing, especially when we do not know how to manage difficult feelings. Together we can look for new ways of managing stress and anxiety so that you feel more in control and able to cope.
I also work with Young People Aged 11-18 years
I know how important it is to support young people and their mental health. Balancing today's demands, young people can become overwhelmed and not know how to manage their emotions. Being able to talk about what's going on, feel safe and listened to, can help a young person express themselves and learn new ways of coping with confusing emotions.
