Does any of the following sound familiar?
Negative thoughts,
Feelings of not being good enough,
Life feels overwhelming, feeling anxious,
Feeling a little lost after the end of a relationship,
Low Self-esteem,

I’m a dedicated and caring Counsellor based in Lincoln, specialising in providing support and guidance to individuals dealing with anxiety, negative thoughts, and low self-esteem.

My approach to counselling is centred around helping you work out why you feel the way you feel. From our conversation, we find an individual route to help you understand yourself more and be able to move forward in your life.

We talk together to help you gain self-awareness, find ways to have more positive thoughts and feel better about yourself, this may be by looking at your values and boundaries or understanding your emotions.

I understand that life’s challenges can be overwhelming and it is normal to experience periods of self-doubt, and negative thinking.
In our face-to-face sessions, you take the lead, you decide what you would like to talk about.
I listen attentively and genuinely care about your experiences and feelings.

I provide a safe and understanding environment where you can openly explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
I aim to help you empower yourself to discover your inner strengths, develop a more positive self-image and regain control over your life.
Together we'll explore your concerns and work towards creating a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
 Getting Started:
Taking the first step towards seeking help is a courageous decision.
