About me
I am an integrative accredited counsellor registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy practising in Mitcham, Surrey. Please contact me if you need help with some issues that are troubling you. I offer daytime and evening appointments in a peaceful and private setting. Counselling is also available on a secluded terrace which is a serene and wonderfully scented area. Weather permitting! It is a safe and confidential space to explore your feelings and to look at ways to help you flourish and grow and to find the strength to make changes. I concentrate on both the past and present and how the past and our unconscious feelings can influence our current thinking and behaviour.
I do short term and long term work with individuals. I also do couples counselling.
I offer a supportive and non-judgemental environment. I know the first step towards receiving help can be the most difficult and daunting so please get in touch and we can talk through how counselling may help you.
I look forward to hearing from you and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
