I am a bilingual qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor offering one-to-one counselling sessions.
Working with Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Self-Esteem issues, Grief and Bereavement.
I aim to provide a safe, welcoming, non-judgmental space to support you and the issues you bring. I offer this service through different methods to suit you whether it's over the phone, video calls, face-to-face sessions or even walking therapy.
