In addition, I'm trained in different modalities such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) which could help people if they are suffering from chronic long term condition, such as chronic pain where they feel difficult to manage their pain, or any other difficulties if you are struggling to acknowledge difficult emotions. Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) this would also help people if they have self-critical talk, lack of compassion either to themselves or others. We work together to develop your compassionate side.
