About me

I have 10 years of clinical experience in the adult mental health services, including the primary care within the National Health Service (NHS) of the United Kingdom, and private sector. As an accredited Cognitive Behaviour Therapist, I am specialized in psychological treatments for presenting problems such as:

Training, qualifications & experience

I am an accredited CBT therapist. I'm also EMDR therapist who provides support for people suffer from different range of traumas or any adverse life event. In addition, I'm trained in different modalities such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) which could help people if they are suffering from chronic long term condition, such as chronic pain where they feel difficult to manage their pain, or any other difficulties if you are struggling to acknowledge difficult emotions.  Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) this would also help people if they have self-critical talk, lack of compassion either to themselves or others. We work together to develop your compassionate side.  Also I'm a couple therapist and able to provide support for couples if they struggle in their relationships.
