About me
I work online and face-to-face predominantly with women and girls.
I work in an informal way, using my skills as a Counsellor and coach to be able to work on the past, present, and future if clients wish.
Issues I work with are Anxiety, Depression, Self-Esteem, ADHD, Addictions, and Parenting SEN children (I am a mum to an autistic child). I am also training in Menopause advice and Gut restoration advice as I know with stress, often the gut suffers. I believe in being able to offer my clients an all round service working integratively as I have trained. I also have lived experience of the issues I work with and believe this enables me to offer deeper understanding and empathy.
I am happy to have an informal discussion with anyone who would like to talk things over to see if they feel comfortable and a connection with me.
