Wendy Anderson FdA, Reflect Counselling & Psychotherapy
We are offering concessional rates during Covid19.
At Reflect Counselling and Psychotherapy, we believe that every person has the innate ability to realise their full potential. With the right help, you can control your choices and interactions, reach a higher level of self-awareness and self-empowerment and take back your personal responsibility. Our counsellors specialise in person-centred counselling which focuses on you, the individual and provides you with a safe, non-judgemental, confidential environment in which to explore how to take back control of your life and develop a healthier sense of self. We currently offer both online and face-2-face sessions.
Making the decision to come for counselling can be a daunting experience. Most people will feel anxious making the initial contact and attending the first appointment. To overcome this, we provide a free, 30 minute, initial phone consultation. This is an opportunity for you to speak with a therapist about your expectations and goals from counselling. You can ask questions and find out more about the services available and you can decide if counselling is right for you at this time.
To book your free consultation, please contact us via email. Our working hours are from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday. We will endeavour to reply to you within 24 hours.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
