About me
Are you feeling anxious, depressed, stuck? Not quite yourself?
Perhaps you’re struggling with unexpected changes in your life - relationship difficulties, the loss of a loved one, health problems? Or maybe you are wanting to move on from a situation that's holding you back, recover from hurt or disappointment or regain your sense of self and what to do with your life? Whatever our age or circumstances, there are times when we could all use some emotional support to light our way forward and to develop a deeper understanding of ourselves and our experience of life and others.
My name is Viviane, and as an experienced counsellor I can help you navigate through these and many other life changes. In my therapeutic practice, I offer you the emotional support and a safe, reflective space in which you can express and explore your thoughts and feelings to gain clarity about whatever it is that is troubling you.
I have experience working across a wide range of issues (fully listed below) including anxiety, stress, depression, bereavement, relationship difficulties and low self-esteem. Working together, we can explore your unique qualities and strengths along with the positive changes you would like to make so that you can move forward in your life.

MBACP - Registered Member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).
In accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework, I receive regular confidential clinical supervision. I am also actively committed to my personal and professional development as a therapist.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

In person sessions are held at my private practice in Goring and there is parking outside
I also offer telephone and face to face online counselling via Zoom and offer both daytime and early evening appointments.
The sessions are 55 minutes long and cost £45 for individual clients and £55 for couples counselling - payable by bank transfer or Paypal.
I offer concessionary rates to key workers, students and people on low incomes. Please contact me if you would like further details.
