About me

Life's challenges can sometimes magnify even the tiniest concerns, making them seem insurmountable. When feelings of being trapped, overwhelmed, or imbalanced surface, counselling can offer that needed support.

My goal in Therapy and in Coaching is to provide a welcoming, unbiased setting where we can collaboratively address any matters you'd like to bring forward, always with empathy and sincerity.

In this therapeutic space we can delve into your feelings and experiences and explore what's bothering you. In a coaching space we can remain goal focused, considering your strengths and areas for development.

Being genuinely listened to and comprehended by another human being is among life's invaluable experiences, and that's precisely what I offer.

Being able to establish a strong working relationship is key to a successful therapeutic experience. The same applies to coaching. Because of this, I encourage you to reach out to gauge our compatibility. I offer these 'chemistry calls' free of charge over an online platform.

As a gay, neurodivergent Therapist, I can offer a space that is affirming of sexuality, gender and neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, etc). I am also affirming of alternative relationship dynamics beyond monogamy and traditional heteronormative arrangements.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor, a Registered Member of BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) and a Professional Member of the EMCC UK (European Mentoring & Coaching Council).

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
