About me

My name is Simran, I am a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Registered Behavioural Technician (RBT) on the BACB registry. I offer online therapy on flexible dates and time (including weekends) and I work with a range of disorders.

Starting therapy can be a daunting experience, I’m here to help put you at ease and guide you through your journey of working towards what matters to you. I provide a safe space where you can speak in confidence. My aim is to provide you will skills and techniques which help work towards your goals, whether it’s improving your mood, managing anxiety, dealing with a trauma or any other problem.

CBT is a practical therapy, once we have created some important goals to you we will tailor your sessions towards them. My goal is for you to become your own therapist, using all the skills you have learnt and apply them in your daily life, but it doesn’t just end there…I will prepare you for the ending of sessions by giving you a plan and a range of techniques you can apply for the rest of your life.

You know yourself best, my role is to help you to see things in a different way and together we can find a better way of coping.

If you would like to find out more about me and how CBT may help, please book in for a free chat and we can start working together to make some changes
