About me

I help couples who fear they are on the brink of divorce or splitting up put their wedding rings back on.  I also help singles get the love they really want. Do you feel insecure, upset or worried constantly in your romantic relationship? Perhaps you used to feel secure but now there’s a lot of conflict between you and your partner and you can’t seem to do anything right. Or could it be you've gone through a recent breakup, divorce or affair and feel completely devastated. Maybe you secretly fear abandonment all of the time or feel anxious your partner may cheat on you.  If this is you, I can help. I will teach you tools so you can manage your anxiety, get unstuck, feel confident again and have the loving relationship you really want.

My specialism is relationships, dating, breakups and affairs. Originally from NZ, I work with Couples and Individuals. I trained for 10 years in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy, I'm a certified Imago couples counsellor, dating coach and therapist and I use tools like CBT, Imago Couples Therapy, ISTDP,  Therapeutic Coaching and Somatic Practices in my work. I have a special interest in neurodiversity in relationships and ENM. It’s important to know the most difficult times hold the biggest opportunity for transformation. I'll help you quickly without judgement. I return calls/texts within 24 hours and in most cases I can see you within a week.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained at The Institute of Psychosynthesis. I have a Diploma in both Psychosynthesis Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Counselling as well as a Masters Degree in Psychosynthesis Psychology from Middlesex University. I am a UKCP accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor, and adhere to the UKCP's ethical framework for good practice.
I also trained specifically to work with couples at the Imago Institute UK.

UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
