About me

Are you going through a big life change or feeling lost in a place that once felt familiar? Whether you are navigating a new country, the end of a relationship, past trauma, or a shift in your identity, you don't have to go through it alone. I am here to help you make sense of your emotions, reconnect with your inner strength, and build a life that feels more like your own.

I am a CBT Brazilian-born counsellor, based in the UK, and my path into this work has been deeply personal. I've lived through challenges and experiences that shape how I work: with compassion, cultural awareness, and deep respect for each person's unique story.

I work with young people and adults facing trauma, anxiety, cultural identity issues, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore what's holding you back and what healing might look like for you.

Therapy is not about fixing you, because you are not broken. It is about gently unpacking your experiences, understanding your patterns, and supporting you reclaiming your sense of self.

If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out. I offer sessions in English and Portuguese

The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
