About me
I am a Clinical Psychologist and EMDR practitioner, registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC, Reg: PYL041023). For over a decade, I have worked in Mental Healthcare settings both in the UK and Ireland, helping people to cope with and recover from emotional and behavioural difficulties such as Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, phobias, eating issues and the impact of trauma.
I provide a warm, supportive and confidential space for you to safely explore your concerns and presenting difficulties. My work is formulation-driven, meaning that I construct a psychological understanding of your difficulties with you which ensures that your healing journey is personalised to you. During therapy, I draw upon a variety of evidence-based psychological approaches in accordance with both the difficulty being treated and my assessment of what will be most beneficial for you.
My goal is to support and empower individuals to build an understanding of their difficulties, heal from trauma, recognise their unique strengths, make meaningful changes and ultimately create a life that feels aligned with their individual values. I would like to welcome you to contact me via email or by following the link to my website. Reaching out can feel like a big step, you can do it and I can help with the rest.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
