About me

Are you feeling anxious about issues in your life that you want to talk about? Is something from your past, or something happening today troubling your sense of self and you want some support with dealing with it? My therapeutic work is focused on you developing a deeper personal understanding of who you are. I’m interested in the self and how it forms over a lifetime, affecting how you think, feel and behave today.

Being able to talk to someone in therapy about what is going on in your life and mind can be very important. Whether it’s about anxiety, depression, trauma, family problems or issues related to identity. You will get the opportunity to focus closely on what is bothering you, with someone who will be with you on this journey into self-discovery, supporting you as you navigate the bumpy road that life can sometimes be.
