About me

I offer affordable, short and medium-term therapy aimed at rooting out the negative behaviour and thinking that maintains your unhappiness. With commitment and perseverance, we will restore your sense of balance, clarity of thought and mental well-being.
I am an integrative therapist combining REBT (a deeper and more philosophical branch of CBT) with mindfulness training. Together we will set specific goals for your therapy, and by cultivating a more rational and flexible outlook, you will quickly start to notice positive changes in your life.
