About me
Are you struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem? Do you find yourself caught in repetitive patterns of thinking or behaviour that are difficult to break? Perhaps you are struggling to manage your emotions or experiencing difficulties in your relationships at home or work. Or maybe previous therapy has not brought about the changes you had so hoped for. I offer affordable, short, and medium-term cognitive therapy to help you understand what is keeping you stuck. Change and healing really ARE within your reach. First it requires commitment and perseverance.
From Day One we will set realistic goals and explore practical and cognitive adjustments to your daily life. I am an integrative therapist combining the founding school of Cognitive Therapy with Mindfulness training and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ACT . By cultivating a more rational and flexible outlook, you will quickly start to notice positive changes in your life.
I have a particular interest in ADHD and the difficulties it can bring to everyday life. You may struggle with procrastination, organisation, emotional regulation, anxiety or the impact of ADHD on your confidence and relationships.
I aim to provide a supportive, thoughtful space in which we can work together towards meaningful and lasting change..
