About me
I am based near Bath in Wiltshire and I offer Counselling and Psychotherapy.
We all have times in our lives when we feel a bit stuck and we may not even know why. Some difficulties may stem from childhood while others may come from a change in our circumstances such as a career move or a recent loss. Being given a safe place to explore your situation can lead to a deeper understanding of what is happening for you and the opportunity to find your way through and move forward.
There are many different types of Therapy; Person Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic – to name but a few. My approach is an integrative one with its basis around transactional analysis, person-centered, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural therapies.
Generally the agreement is to meet weekly at the same time and sessions are for one hour.
People seek Counselling and Psychotherapy for a variety of reasons including the following:
Stress and Anxiety, relationship difficulties, bereavement and loss, anger, self-defeating behaviours, goal setting and motivation.

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and I am an accredited member of The National Counselling Society.
