About me

Life can feel overwhelming at times. You may be struggling with anxiety, stress at work or in your relationships.  You might want to find ways to feel calmer and more relaxed, to sleep more easily, to untangle your thoughts.

I can help you to find ways to lessen this anxiety, to unravel your frantic thoughts and feelings and to see problematic parts of your life more clearly. I believe it’s really important to learn to be kind to ourselves – we can work together to find out what that means for you.

I understand taking the next step can be difficult, so I offer a free 15 minute Zoom or phone session so we can explore how we could work together. You can contact me by email or phone, or visit my website for more information.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • Diploma of Higher Education in Humanistic Gestalt Counselling (Distinction)

I also undertake regular professional training in relevant areas such as anxiety, trauma and working with LGBTQ+ clients.

I have experience working with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, stress, panic attacks, relationships, low self-esteem, depression, trauma, abuse, addiction and self-harm.
