About me

Are you late-diagnosed or self-identify as Autistic, ADHD or AuDHD? You might be struggling with feeling overwhelmed and burnt out, feeling like your emotions are “too big” and that others don’t understand you.

Maybe you struggle with chronic illness such as eczema or Long Covid - juggling diagnoses, medical admin and varying energy levels, feeling unsupported while trying to keep your life together.

I help people like you accept themselves and feel more confident, building self-compassion and recognising their needs and boundaries. I will always listen, be compassionate, curious and supportive.

I’m LGBTQ+ and non-monogamy affirming, sex-positive, kink-aware, body and fat positive.

I tailor sessions to fit individual clients – maybe you want to explore your past or your current relationships, build coping strategies or try creative techniques to understand yourself better. Many clients find that email sessions suit their schedule or energy levels and allow more time to think. Others prefer our video or phone sessions or mix & match.

If it sounds like we’d be a good fit, I'd love to hear from you. You can find out more on my website and I'm happy to answer any questions about me or the way I work. I offer a free 15-minute discovery call and a discounted introductory session (video, phone or email) so you can see if I’m the right counsellor for you.

I also run therapeutic support groups - please see my website for details of what's coming up.
