About me
Have you reached a point where you need to make a change or want to come to terms with current or past experiences? Are you overwhelmed by your emotions or negative thoughts? I understand you may be feeling stuck or anxious and looking for support. You may feel you are struggling with relationships, friendships or your career, finding unhelpful behaviours or thoughts are making you unhappy or simply want someone to hear you. I can offer you a safe and supportive space to talk and find ways to heal and move forward in your life. I provide both short and long-term therapy for adults either online or in my dedicated therapy room. I also have several years experience providing therapy to trainee counsellors and psychotherapists.
I am passionate about helping my clients to live life with confidence and authenticity. I believe in creating a compassionate, honest and hopeful space for you to work toward your goals or explore your difficulties and I will be there alongside you on this journey. I look forward to speaking with you and we can make a plan to work together tailored to your needs.
I offer a free 15 minute chat so you can ask me any questions and get a feel for who I am and what therapy is like. If you would like to work with me you can call or email to book an initial session. I hope to make this process a positive experience for you, I know how hard this first step can be.

Member organisations
Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Further information
After spending over 15 years working in the private sector with digital and creative agencies I chose to develop my passion for supporting others to live more fully and retrain as a psychotherapist. I’ve been growing my therapy practice with private clients and the NHS since 2016 and have recently expanded my availability with a beautiful dedicated therapy room in the Ouseburn in Newcastle upon Tyne.
