About me

Navigating life's transitions and losses can feel like being lost at sea in a huge storm. You may long for a calm sanctuary where you can be yourself and share your feelings and worries without fear of judgment, burden, or dismissal. As an experienced therapist. specialising in exploring the complexities of change, loss, and grief, I offer a safe harbour amidst life’s choppy waters.

When we experience a big change or loss, it is natural to feel a whirlwind of emotions. All of these thoughts and feelings are welcome in your therapy sessions.

You can bring your anxiety, shock and confusion and we will work through it together. You can bring your big sadness and your deep longing. You can bring your tears. Even if there are oceans of them. It’s ok and safe to express your anger, irritability, and frustration in our sessions. You can bring your feelings of relief and I won’t judge you. We can explore your questions about your own life, health, relationships, and mortality. We can talk safely and openly about suicide if this is on your mind. You can come as you are. Even if you feel drained, exhausted, and delicate. It’s ok if you can’t speak, or if you don’t know what to say. We will always go at your pace. You don’t need to put on a brave face. Just bring you.

In my therapy practice, you'll find a safe, confidential, and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I provide a non-judgmental and down-to-earth space where you can be yourself and share openly without fear of criticism, burden, or rejection.
