About me

Hi, I’m Linda – an accredited CBT therapist.

I work with adults looking to live an enjoyable, meaningful life.

It is OK, if currently you are struggling with overwhelming emotions or are feeling stuck. It is possible to change how you feel by better understanding these experiences and learning powerful tools to manage them.

I am passionate about empowering people to live the life they want. The therapy I offer focuses on increasing self-awareness and teaching skills that will help you to live a more meaningful and vital life.

I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. All three approaches are evidence-based meaning that they are effective in helping people to function better.

The most common problems I help with are anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, and traumatic experiences.

If you would like to understand how these experiences keep you stuck and learn how to manage them, then contact me and I would be delighted to work with you.

Together we can find a way you can live a happier, more enjoyable life.

It can be very difficult to reach out and seek help, but it is also difficult to continue living with the sense of being overwhelmed by powerful emotions such as fear, sadness, and anger. I am here to guide you on your journey to a valued, more enjoyable life. So, do not hesitate to email or call me.
