About me
Do you want to make sense of how you are feeling right now, but are unsure how to go about it?
Maybe you’re feeling alone or as those around you don’t understand. It can be difficult to talk about your emotions to those close to you. I want to reassure you; you are not alone, and I am ready willing and able to listen. So why not take advantage of my free 15-minute consultation call, details below.
Therapy can help in a wide range of issues. I have experience with working with client's who’s presenting issues including but not exclusive too, low self-esteem, which can undermine confidence. Anxiety can manifest as fear, which can have psychological and physical effects. Divorce which can leave you feeling hopeless. Bereavement it can be hard to let go of someone. Depression which can lead to low moods. Stress which can affect both our mental and physical health.
During our sessions, we will discuss the matter that is concerning you, identify the improvements you would like to see and work towards a solution that is appropriate for you. Because of my non-directive style, I won't push or dig into topics you don't want to talk about, nor will I give you advice or tell you how to behave you lead the sessions. I will treat you with respect, discretion, empathy, and be non-judgmental.
However, you are feeling remember your feelings are valid we all deal with our issues in our own individual way.
You can email me or What Apps me for an appointment. (Please also check your spam folder for my reply as it can end up there sometimes.) I also offer, online and telephone sessions for those who choose to access counselling in this way as an alternative to meeting in the room. This means I am able to have sessions throughout the UK.
Note to GP's, please give my number to your patients so they can self-refer.
EAP's and other professionals please contact for fees.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
