About me
I am an autistic therapist, specialising in working with autistic clients. As a late-identified autistic person myself, I offer you genuine empathy from first-hand lived experience.
Do you think you might be autistic or have already had a formal identification? Are you now wondering what autism means to you?
I really do understand how it feels to never quite fit in, to find it difficult to express yourself, to be constantly on edge and to be so very tired of it all. You are not alone...
The good news is, it really does not have to be this way. Maybe it is time to make peace with your differences? Start with strengths and see possibilities, start with struggles and see limitations...
Just in case you work in IT and would like to find a therapist, who understands the joys and frustrations of your workplace, here I am! I have had a succeful career in data analysis and continue to work with solution architects and software engineers in my management consultancy role.
Also, as an autistic, bi-sexual, mixed ethnicity person, I understand the multi-faceted experiences of minority groups.
I help you to:
- make sense of your experiences
- deal with anxiety and depression
- manage big emotions
- negotiate fulfilling relationships
- thrive at work
Together we will tackle your concerns and map paths to your preferred future. We will consider your strengths and what tangible changes you can make right now.
You will find that as you gradually regain resourcefulness, creativity and autonomy, a great deal of negative experiences subsides. You start to feel better...
Previous clients said they had found the sessions beneficial and walked away with renewed hope.
Reach out! I would be delighted to support you.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

On a personal note
As well as a counsellor, I am a data analyst at a management consultancy and a mother of three girls. I have worked in busy commercial and analytical roles throughout my career. If you have a hectic schedule and a lot of responsibilities on your shoulders, I will likely know how you may feel!
Prior to counselling training I completed several university qualifications ranging in subject from art to social science. My educational journey at the postgraduate level continues.
If your background is in business or academia, we will likely have a lot in common.
I am autistic, bi-sexual and my ethnicity is a wild mix of Ashkenazi Jewish, Asian and Eastern European. My personal life experience has given me a unique insight and an ability to connect across neurotypes, sexualities and ethnic backgrounds. It is a benefit I make the most of when supporting my clients.
