I create a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to talk about anything you feel is causing you problems. Together we can explore and work towards a greater level of self-awareness that will bring about change.
I want you to feel safe and at ease with me so that you can share your experiences without fear or judgment.
We will work through your issues together to bring a greater balance to your life; by empowering you to make sound decisions, find your solutions and resolve your issues.

I am a qualified Person-centred therapist. This means our work is shaped and tailored by what you need from our sessions. I have experience of short- and long-term work across a variety of issues, backgrounds and ages. I offer one-to-one sessions online.
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Areas of counselling I deal with
At your first appointment, we will discuss your requirements and hopes for counselling. Finding the right help is essential, and time will be spent considering all your options and concerns.
