About me
Main working areas: Couples Therapy • Vaginismus/ Painful sex• Communication tools • Relationships • Psychosexual Therapy • Question and Discussion (sex education) sessions.
Lauren offers a free introductory Zoom call (up to 20 minutes) for you to see how the therapy space feels and have the opportunity to ask any questions pre sessions.
Training on the London Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy has equipped her with an active tool kit filled with knowledge, theory and ideas that she uses as the foundations for her psychosexual and couples work.
Lauren’s style is ‘Integrative’ which means that she uses a variety of counselling modalities and theories. Lauren aims to work in the process creatively and with a humanistic basis.
For couples work Lauren uses gestalt interventions when needed and various frameworks and communication tools.
Working a lot with ’the unsaid’ as a therapist she values congruence and encourages accountability.
Lauren is empathetic and non-judgemental. She’s received some great feedback, some of which can be seen on her website.
Lauren offers sessions from 8am to 6pm and *8pm-9pm & on *Sundays.

London Foundation Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy, based at Regents University – accredited by NCP.
