About me

I’m Lauren, a CORST Accredited Couples Therapist with specialist training in both Couples Therapy and Psychosexual Therapy. I work with partners who want to improve communication, deepen intimacy, and navigate the emotional and sexual complexities of their relationship.

My work is grounded in the space between the couple—supporting both partners, not taking sides. Whether you’re facing conflict, feeling emotionally distant, or struggling with sexual connection, I offer a collaborative space where you can be seen, heard, and understood.

This is action-oriented therapy. We won’t just talk—we’ll work with practical tools, structured exercises, and sometimes creative homework to create meaningful change both inside and outside the therapy room.

With a background in intensive care nursing and a deep understanding of trauma, I bring empathy, clarity, and calm to complex relationship dynamics. My style is direct but compassionate, using metaphor and curiosity to help couples explore, reconnect, and grow.

I offer therapy in-person in Henley-on-Thames and online via Zoom. If you’re ready to work on your relationship, address psychosexual concerns, or rebuild a sense of closeness—I’m here to support you.
