About me

Do you need space to make sense of your thoughts, emotions and experiences? Person-Centred Counselling can help you to achieve that.

I offer a Person-Centred approach because I believe in the power of providing space for you to process whatever you face with no judgement or intrusion. I also believe it is important for me not to be your detective but to help you to find the way forward that is right for you.

Sessions:

My counselling sessions are done on zoom because it makes it possible to do 'face-to-face' counselling.  I can support you through the use of zoom so you can engage in your appointment from the comfort of your own confidential space.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have completed my dipHE in Person-Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I have experience of working with adult carers and students who face a wide range of issues. In recent years I have gained experience working with young people in schools, as well as working in the area of loss and bereavement.
